Puretog — User Agreement

Welcome to Puretog (the “App”). Before you use Puretog, please read this User Agreement (this “Agreement”) carefully. By tapping accept, registering, signing in, or using any feature of Puretog, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

Key terms: data handling & privacy (consistent with Puretog’s home screen notice)

The important privacy and data-processing statements shown at the bottom of Puretog’s home screen and related modules are an integral part of this Agreement. We emphasize the following commitments:

We do not collect face or facial data. We do not collect, store, or analyze facial biometric information for the purpose of identifying you.
We do not collect personal information. We do not require you to submit your name, mobile number, government ID, or other information that alone identifies you in order to use the core photo-processing features.
We do not share user data with third parties. We do not sell or rent your user data, nor provide it to unrelated third parties for marketing or other purposes unrelated to this service without your knowledge and consent where required.
Photos you choose are used only temporarily for generation and processing. Photos you actively select are used only temporarily while a result is generated and processed; after processing, we do not retain such image data for that processing purpose (except where required by law or where you separately authorize).
Processing path. We do not use third-party artificial intelligence services to process your images; image generation and processing run on your device using our own logic. If our technology changes in the future, we will update this Agreement and the Privacy Policy and notify you prominently.

If any other provision of this Agreement conflicts with the above, the version that better protects user privacy and data security and is clearly shown at the bottom of Puretog’s home screen prevails.

1. Services

Puretog provides image assistance features aimed at one-tap removal of passersby and cleaner portrait backgrounds, as well as related membership subscriptions and virtual currency (if offered). Specific features are as provided in Puretog.

3. Intellectual property

UI design, branding, code, and documentation of Puretog belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, distribute, or use them commercially without written permission.

You retain rights in original content you upload; ownership of outputs generated through your use of Puretog is as described in Puretog and under applicable law.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Puretog is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruption of service or unsatisfactory results due to force majeure, network conditions, device compatibility, or third parties. You are responsible for consequences arising from your breach of this Agreement or from unlawful content you submit.

5. Changes and termination

We may update this Agreement for business or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated in Puretog. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, stop using Puretog.

You may stop using Puretog at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations where permitted by law.

6. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the developer’s jurisdiction (adjust as appropriate for your entity). Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
