Puretog — Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms

This Auto-Renewing Subscription Terms document (these “Subscription Terms”) supplements the User Agreement and Privacy Policy for auto-renewing membership in Puretog (the “App”). Before you subscribe through the Apple App Store, please also read the User Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Privacy: Personal information related to subscription and payment remains governed by the Privacy Policy and the privacy and data-processing notice shown at the bottom of Puretog’s home screen, including: no collection of face/facial data for identification, no collection of personal information required for core features (as described), no sharing of user data with third parties for unrelated purposes, and photos used only temporarily for generation and processing. Subscribing does not change those image-handling and data-minimization principles unless we update our policies lawfully and notify you prominently.

1. Plans and benefits

Puretog may offer multiple subscription periods (e.g., monthly, six-month, yearly). Names, prices, and benefits are as shown in Puretog and on the App Store. While your subscription is active, you receive the benefits described in Puretog (for example, saving processed results without spending virtual currency while subscribed, if that is how the feature works).

If we offer a free trial or promotional price, rules, trial length, and first charge date are as stated in Puretog and on the App Store. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.

5. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue certain subscription benefits for legal, product, or force-majeure reasons. We will give notice where practicable. If we materially prevent you from using paid core benefits during an active period for reasons attributable to us, we will address it under applicable law and platform rules.

6. Relationship to other terms

If these Subscription Terms conflict with the User Agreement or Privacy Policy, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds follow these Subscription Terms and Apple’s terms; personal information and image processing follow the Privacy Policy and the Puretog home screen privacy notice.
